During some trips I had the opportunity to take many portraits, especially in the countries of Indochina. They were unplanned and unpaid photographs, which I captured by interacting non-verbally with those I encountered along the way. For many years I was a professional portraits and social event photographer, but I only found true freshness and spontaneity in these people who posed for a foreigner in exchange for little more than a smile.

Durante algunos viajes he tenido la oportunidad de hacer muchos retratos, especialmente en los países de Indochina. Fueron fotografías no preparadas y no pagadas, que conseguí interactuando de modo no verbal con quienes encontraba a mi paso.
Durante muchos años fui fotógrafo profesional de retratos y reportaje social, pero solo encontré la verdadera frescura y la espontaneidad en estas personas que posaron para un extranjero a cambio de poco más de una sonrisa.
